1.                        Focus on positive situations, understand that things will work out,
 2.                      look for solutions instead of complaining, be more understanding

3.                      instead of getting angry, try to look at things from a different perspective,

 4.                      embrace changes and look for opportunities instead of focusing on the problems, 

 5.                       and stop believing that the worst will happen.
